What will Grace Church look like by the end of 2013? By the end of the 2013 calendar year, Grace Church will have:
5 weekend services on campus
2 satellite services each weekend at off campus sites
3,000 in average weekend attendance between these 7 services.
1500 adults actively involved in Small Groups Ministry.
Sent out a minimum of 10 church sponsored short term mission trips resulting in at least 2 additional individuals or couples from our church being sent out internationally into full-time Christian service being supported by Grace Church at 50% of their need.
A staff of 40 on the church payroll
Completed a renovation of our current lobby including additional office space, restrooms and parking along with a large coffee café
Completed a renovation of the Young Wing and Chapel into a more state of the art facility for children’s ministry.
What is the driving force behind the elements and implantation of this vision plan?
Behind every aspect of this 5-year vision plan is the purpose of our church which is to meet people where they are and help move them to where God wants them to be. This vision plan is not driven by convenience or comfort. Behind every element is the question, “How can we most effectively meet as many people as possible where they are and help move them to where God wants them to be.”
