In his book, Axiom, Bill Hybels writes this about vision:
"Some leaders believe that if they fill people's vision buckets all the way to the top one time, those buckets will stay full forever. But the truth is, people's vision buckets have holes of varying sizes in their bottoms. As a result, vision leaks out."
In his book, Making Vision Stick, Andy Stanley says this about vision:
"One of the greatest challenges of leadership is making vision stick. Vision doesn't have much adhesive...When speaking to leaders on the subject of vision, I like to joke that the three primary obstacles to making vision stick are success, failure and everything in between."
This Sunday will be the introduction week to prepare us for March which is VISION MONTH here at Gaylord E-Free. We will spend the entire month of March revisiting what the purpose of our church is, and it can be remembered by simply remember the letters "M&M"!
Bring your vision buckets with you this Sunday as we seek to fill them back up!!
